Job summary

Country Meadows in York, PA is seeking a Medication Technician to join our team in a home-like setting. You will manage residents' medications, provide social and emotional support, and help maintain medication documentation with accuracy and compassion.

Part-Time 6am-2pm and 3pm-9pm shifts are available, with PRN options. Compensation starts at $18.50–$20.50 per hour, plus benefits, bonus opportunities, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up-to-date medication certification preferred.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to understand/speak English sufficiently for safe medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents and administer medications and treatments while building relationships.
• Provide social and emotional support and encourage resident independence.
• Manage medication cart ensuring accurate, up-to-date supplies and quality control.
