Belmont Village Johns Creek is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to assist residents with daily medications and basic care within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will monitor responses, document in electronic records, and support licensed nurses with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community.
• C.N.A. license where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification where required.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant, team-oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide ADL assistance per physician orders.
• Documentation and reporting of reactions or refusals to the licensed nurse.
• Vital sign monitoring and observation of responses.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to resident rights, regulations, infection control, and safety guidelines.
