Cogir USA is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents in our Gilbert, AZ communities. You will assist with medication administration and activities of daily living within personalized care plans.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication to ensure resident safety and comfort. Weekend rotation and a supportive work environment are offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and coordinate with pharmacies for re-orders and deliveries.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Promote independence and provide emotional support through engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Maintain open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
