You will join a caring team focused on safety, comfort, and well-being, aligning with individualized care plans and family communications.

Qualified candidates have 12+ months of medication administration experience in a caregiving setting, a valid license, and strong attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP) or meet state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medication administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report status changes.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and daily living assistance in a team setting.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and programs.
