Job summary

Senior Living Residences' Compass at Forestview in Meredith, NH, is seeking compassionate Resident Care Associates to provide direct care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Part-time shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM offer hourly rates of $23–$24 based on experience. The role emphasizes medication assistance, personal care, activity participation, and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Certification CMA or MNA required.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend and transfer residents.
• Clear communication with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality and reliability expected.

Responsibilities

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Rates start at $23-$24 per hour, based on work experience

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
