Job summary

Senior Living Residences Marlboro is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician (MNA) to support our senior residents with medication administration and daily care in a warm, home-like setting. You will collaborate with the Resident Care team to ensure safe, compassionate services across shifts.

Current CMA/MNA certification required; part-time 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; pay starts at $22/hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth, including dementia-care training.

Qualifications

• CMA or MNA certification required.
• Experience in direct patient care and medication handling is preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and coworkers required.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for daily living support.

Responsibilities

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management.
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Use electronic health record system to track care and tasks.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to foster teamwork and respect.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
