Job summary

Spring Arbor of Greensboro is seeking a Medication Tech to support Assisted Living residents with medication administration and daily care, under the guidance of our Resident Care Director.

You will assist with medications per state guidelines, help with daily living activities, and collaborate with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of experience with senior adults preferred.
• Current Medication Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Approach every encounter with residents, associates, and visitors in a friendly, service-oriented way.
• Assist residents with medications as allowed under State guidelines
• Help residents with daily living activities - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care
• Communicate closely with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in and help lead resident activities
• Deliver friendly, courteous service with resident satisfaction as a top priority

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Current Medication Training certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy

Nice to Have

• CNA or NA license/certification, in good standing (state-dependent)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or as required by your state)
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems
