Job summary

The Role at a Glance
As a Medication Technician, you are the heartbeat of our resident care. You'll work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to ensure our seniors receive their treatments safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Care: Administer medications, breathing treatments, and skin care as prescribed.
• Monitoring: Track vitals, weights, and blood sugar; report any status changes to the Wellness Director.
• Documentation: Maintain 100% accuracy in electronic medical records (EMR) and daily logs.
• Operations: Manage pharmacy deliveries, restock med carts, and ensure infection control standards.
• Team Support: Assist with resident meals and general care duties to ensure a seamless community experience.
