Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a Medication Technician to support resident care under licensed nurse supervision. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and maintain EMR accuracy to ensure safe, high-quality treatment for seniors.

Critical duties include restocking med carts, coordinating with the Wellness Director, and assisting with meals as part of a compassionate, team-first environment designed to enhance daily living for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Medication Technician.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Compassionate demeanor and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vitals, weights, and blood sugar; report changes.
• Maintain accuracy in EMR and daily logs.
• Manage pharmacy deliveries and restock med carts; ensure infection control.
• Assist with resident meals and general care duties.
