Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities in Harrisburg, PA is hiring a Medication Technician for a full-time 7am-3pm shift. Pay starts at $18.50–$20.50 per hour with opportunities to earn more based on experience.

You will manage medications for residents in a home-like setting, building relationships and supporting overall health. Qualified candidates have direct-care experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably up-to-date medication certification.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date medication certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administering medications and treatments, observing day-to-day behavior and ensuring comfort.
• Provide social and emotional support while encouraging residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart with complete, up-to-date supplies and quality control.
