Job summary

Country Meadows is hiring a Medication Technician to manage medications for residents in a home-like setting. Per diem shifts from 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm with opportunities to advance with experience.

Pay starts at $18.50–$21.50/hour, with a benefits package including health, vision, dental, and a company-supported 401(k). Training and ongoing education are provided to support career growth.

• Direct-care experience with residents in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, administer medications and treatments, observe daily behavior, ensure comfort and well-being.
• Provide social and emotional support, encourage residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart with up-to-date supplies and quality control.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
• Up-to-date medication certification preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required.
• English proficiency for safe, efficient performance.
