Job summary

Three Forks Senior Living in Texas (Forney) is seeking a compassionate Medication Tech to support resident care. You will assist with or administer medications following physician orders and state regulations, while communicating clearly with residents and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification, has at least six months of experience with older adults, and demonstrates organization and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA certification and meet state requirements.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with older adults.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or administer medications per physician orders and state guidelines.
• Maintain accurate medication records and comply with documentation requirements.
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, fostering a safe environment.

Highlights of the Medication Tech Position:

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state's specific certification requirements (required)
• A minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
