Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet state certification requirements.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience working with older adults (preferred).
• Demonstrates passion for care and commitment to resident well-being.
• Works well in a team and respects others in the community.
• Demonstrates empathy, nurturing attitude, and accountability to high standards.

Highlights of the Care Partner Medication Aide Position:

Must be certified as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state’s specific certification requirements

• A minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (preferred)
