Job summary

Three Forks Senior Living in Texas is seeking a dedicated Medication Tech (CMA) to support residents with medication administration and related care. The role requires CMA certification and at least six months of experience working with older adults.

Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential to coordinate with residents and staff. The ideal candidate is caring, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet the state's specific certification requirements (required).
• A minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Responsible for medication assistance or administration of medications, according to the state requirements and written physicians’ orders.
• Ideal candidate will be caring, organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and related tasks in accordance with state regulations.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff to ensure safe, accurate medication delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow physicians’ orders and facility policies.
