Job summary

Charter Senior Living- Mequon, WI is seeking PRN Medication Technicians (Med Tech) with assisted living or memory care experience. Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour. The role supports residents with meds, ADLs, and care plans in a compassionate environment.

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations

• Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred

• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
