Charter Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician / Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This full-time role involves medication administration, ADLs, and collaborative care planning to promote independence and dignity.

Qualifications
- Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
- CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
- Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation.
- Support implementation of individualized resident care plans.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with medication management and safety procedures.
- Support a positive, team-oriented care environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

The Full Time Day or Night Shift Medication Technician / Caregiver plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.
This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.
