Charter Senior Living of Bay City, MI, seeks a compassionate Medication Technician/Med Tech to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities, medication administration, and care plan documentation in collaboration with nursing staff.

Starting pay ranges from $15.50-$17 per hour, with flexible scheduling and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid training, and PTO. Join us to enhance residents’ dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician certification as required by state regulations.
• Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to medication safety practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.
