Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician / Med Tech to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, monitor conditions, and collaborate with nursing teams to ensure safety and compassionate care.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about enriching residents' lives, while maintaining compliance with care plans and documentation; excellent communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• CNA, caregiver, or direct care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety practices.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Position Summary

The Medication Technician / Med Tech plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication administration and management, implementation of resident care plans, clinical documentation, and communication with nursing and caregiving teams.
