Grace House, 143 West Street, Northampton, MA 01060, USA, is seeking a full-time Medication Specialist for the Grace House residential program operated by Center for Human Development (CHD). The Grace House serves mothers in early recovery in a shared living environment designed to support recovery and family stability.

The Medication Specialist role combines medication observation, patient care coordination, and direct care duties to ensure medications are used safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in mental health or SUD.
• One year of experience with medications or MAP/MOP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper medication observation strategies are followed.
• Monitor prescription medications and adherence; coordinate care between providers, participant, and clinical team.
• Manage inventory, storage, disposal of medications and transport as needed.
• Re-packaging medications into pill organizers/alternative dosage systems.
• Communicate with leadership and clinical team about medication-related issues.
