Job summary

Responsibilities

• Working directly with residents, their providers, and the pharmacy to coordinate refills.
• Monitoring medication adherence and notifying program leadership as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate medication records and storage documentation.
• Ensuring the medication fridge is working and temperatures are monitored.
• Assisting with medication disposal per state and federal regulations.
• Orienting new residents to medication policies and procedures and training staff.
