Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CNA or Med Tech license (or both) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, accurate, and timely administration of medications.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals with medication administration and related documentation.
• Monitor adherence to medication policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Day Program Nurse and Nursing Director on audits and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate medication records, counts, and inventory.
• Identify and report medication errors or health concerns promptly.
• Train and coach staff on medication practices and safety expectations.
• Provide direct health-related support as directed by nursing staff.
• Promote person-centered care, respecting rights and independence.
