Seven Hills Foundation in Rhode Island seeks a Behavior Specialist Assistant to provide direct support to residents with behavioral and mental health needs. You will help ensure safe, healthy living and assist with skill development while following Individual and Behavior Support Plans.

The role includes data collection, crisis intervention, daily living support, and collaboration with the Behavior Specialist and Clinical Director to implement teaching procedures and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET.
• Valid driver's license – Class C or D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall health and safety support for participants in residential homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks and data collection for goals.
• Support development of teaching procedures and analysis of data.
• Assist with crisis intervention and community engagement.
• Follow clinical orders and medications administration when applicable.
