Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Program Director I to oversee the residential services in Rhode Island. You will manage day-to-day operations, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while ensuring individualized plans and service orders are implemented for each resident.

You will lead a team that supports participants with dignity, safety, and self-advocacy, while promoting the organization’s core values of respect, kindness, integrity and teamwork across shifts and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSet.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential programs to which they are assigned.
• Plan staffing coverage, operational budgets, and licensing compliance.
• Supervise employees including evaluations, payroll, hiring, and staff training compliance.
• Create, implement and follow up on ISP, PO, and other annual planning tools for each resident.
• Ensure staff treat individuals served with respect and uphold privacy and safety.
