Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician/ Care Partner on a PRN basis in Idaho. The role leads the shift, ensures safe medication delivery, and collaborates to implement Growth and Wellness plans tailored to residents. It also includes interviewing and orienting new staff and coordinating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Compassionate approach to elder care and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn online programs and use computer software.
• Clear English communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Lead Care Partners on the shift with kindness and accountability.
• Participate in interviewing and orienting new staff.
• Supervise medication storage, distribution, and discontinuation.
• Support wellness plans and coordinate with the RCC and Administrator.
