Job summary

Arrow Senior Living seeks a dedicated Medication Partner to join Vitalia Highland Heights. This part-time role requires evenings in Highland Heights, OH, with a pay range of $21–$26.50 per hour.

You will ensure proper medication administration, maintain records, and support residents with daily activities in a compassionate team environment. The ideal candidate is at least 18, state-certified, and holds a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Able to stand/walk/bend/kneel repeatedly; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal clearance required.
• Health screening and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
• Keep medication carts organized and documentation up to date.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide support after a fall and during daily activities.
• Create an empathetic, inclusive environment for residents and teammates.
