Langdon Place of Portsmouth in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a compassionate Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. This full-time role offers a stable 32-hour weekly schedule with every other weekend rotation.

You will administer medications, document accurately, monitor residents, and work with the nursing team to provide person-centered care in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire MNA license/certification in good standing.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Document medication administration and resident information.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.

Langdon Place of Portsmouth is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our nursing team on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.

Position Details

Position: Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
Status: Full-Time
Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and resident information

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team
