Langdon Place of Nashua in Nashua, NH is seeking a dedicated Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support residents with compassion and professionalism.

This role offers a 3PM–11PM shift, a $23.00–$27.00 hourly wage based on experience plus shift differentials, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Langdon Place of Nashua, a trusted senior living and skilled nursing community, is now under new local ownership and looking to grow our dedicated care team. We are currently hiring a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support our residents with compassion and professionalism.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Shift: 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Key Responsibilities

• Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision

• Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly

• Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies

• Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management

• Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications

• Storing and handling medications safely and securely

• Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned

Your accuracy, attentiveness, and calm presence help ensure residents receive safe, consistent care every day.

Qualifications

• Valid MNA certification in New Hampshire

• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred

• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Strong communication skills
