Langdon Place of Portsmouth in Portsmouth, NH is seeking compassionate Medication Nursing Assistants (MNAs) to join our nursing team for consistent weekend shifts.

Open Saturday and Sunday shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, totaling 16 hours per week. There are opportunities to pick up additional hours nearby and move toward full-time status with Cedar Healthcare Center.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire MNA license/certification in good standing.
• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
• Observe residents for changes and report concerns to the licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and care team.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.

Langdon Place of Portsmouth is seeking compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistants (MNAs) to join our nursing team for consistent weekend shifts.

We currently have openings on both our day shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) and overnight shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). This is a great opportunity for an MNA looking for a predictable weekend schedule with the opportunity to pick up additional hours nearby.

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and resident information

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team

• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
