Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to provide compassionate, detail-oriented medication administration and clinical support for residential students at Crotched Mountain School in Greenfield, NH. Under RN/LPN supervision, you follow MAR/TAR/IEP guidance and uphold safety standards.

You will document medications, monitor vitals, maintain the med room, and participate in ongoing education and team communication to ensure the wellbeing and progress of students aged

• Administer scheduled and PRN medications under RN/LPN supervision.
• Document all medication administration accurately in MAR.
• Maintain a clean, compliant medication room and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs and weight as requested.
• Follow Six Rights of Medication Administration at all times.
• Delegate and report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly.

Change Lives—One Student at a Time.Crotched Mountain School (CMS), part of the Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to provide compassionate, detail-oriented medical support to our residential school students.Located on a 145-acre campus in Greenfield, NH, CMS serves children and young adults ages 5–21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, and other complex developmental disabilities.
