Seven Hills Foundation's Crotched Mountain School in Greenfield, NH is seeking a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to provide compassionate medication support to residential students aged 5-21 with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Under RN/LPN supervision, the MNA administers medications, adheres to MAR/TAR guidance, and helps maintain a safe, supportive care environment aligned with individualized health plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer scheduled and PRN medications as delegated by RN or LPN.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration at all times.
• Document all medication administration or refusals in the MAR per policy.
• Count, administer, and document controlled substances.
• Monitor students' medical needs per MARs, TARs, IEPs, and care plans.
• Record vital signs, heights, and weights as requested.
• Maintain a clean, compliant medication room and cart.
• Coordinate reorders with pharmacy and central supply.
