Job summary

Homestead of Creston is seeking a full-time Medication Manager to provide direct care to residents, focusing on daily living activities and safe medication administration. You will assist with housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime service, and handle duties assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Medication Aide or have completed the 10-hour Medication Manager course.
• Provide direct care to residents with activities of daily living.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director. Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course (if not held already) is required upon hire.
