Job summary

Homestead of Creston is seeking a full-time Medication Manager to provide direct care to residents and manage medications on-site. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, housekeeping and meal service, and other tasks as directed by the Executive Director.

Qualified candidates must be a Certified Medication Aide or have completed the 10-hour medication manager course at hire. Competitive benefits and a supportive environment are offered.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director. Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course (if not held already) is required upon hire.
