Job summary

Homestead of Chariton Memory Care is seeking a Medication Manager for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts available from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. You will provide direct care to residents and assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, and mealtime service.

Eligible candidates should be a Certified Medication Aide or have completed the 10-hour Medication Manager course. This role offers competitive pay and benefits within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course is required upon hire.
• Experience with direct resident care and ADLs is preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living, housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime service.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication administration and documentation as per facility policy.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director. Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course (if not held already) is required upon hire.
