Homestead of Centerville is seeking a full-time Medication Manager to join our care team on site. This role provides direct care to residents and supports daily living activities, mealtime service, housekeeping, and laundry as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course required on hire.
• Direct care experience helping residents with activities of daily living is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living, mealtime service, housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and care team to maintain resident safety and comfort.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director. Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course (if not held already) is required upon hire.
