Job summary

Homestead of Chariton Memory Care is seeking qualified Medication Managers for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts available from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.

Direct care responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, with additional duties such as housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime service. Eligibility requires either a Certified Medication Aide credential or completion of a 10-hour medication manager course at hire.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course (if not held already) is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for activities of daily living.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
