Competenze
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred Associate's Degree health care or related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience in Pharmacy required.
- LIC-Pharmacist Intern or LIC-Pharmacy Technician preferred (Michigan).
- National Certification (PTCB/ExCPT) 90 days required or similar.
Mansioni
- Provide technical assistance in documenting medication histories under pharmacist supervision.
- Enter and interpret physician/nurse/pharmacist histories into the electronic record.
- Clarify information with providers, patients, and pharmacies.
- Perform quality assurance data collection and reporting for the department.
- Maintain patient profiles and verify allergies, drug duplications, and last doses.
