Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital is seeking a part-time Pharmacy History Technician to support medication history documentation under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Responsibilities include processing and entering medication histories, clarifying information with providers and patients, and supporting the department's projects while working with multiple automation systems. MI licensure requirements apply.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Associate's Degree in health care or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience Pharmacy Required.
• 2 years of relevant experience Retail Pharmacy Preferred.
• MI licensure requirements for pharmacist intern and technician.
• CPHT and ExCPT certifications within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Document and clarify medication histories under pharmacist direction.
• Enter and interpret medication histories in the computerized system.
• Clarify information with providers, patients, and pharmacies.
• Complete full history documentation and support department projects.
