Job summary

The Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital Association is seeking a Medication Assistance Coordinator to manage referrals, patient databases, and applications related to medication access. Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Active Notary Public Commission in the State of Nebraska, maintained in good standing required (can be acquired within one month of hire if not presently held).

Responsibilities

• Compile financial information on new referrals and maintain patient databases for reordering.
• Complete applications and contact patients, office personnel, physicians' offices, and pharmaceutical companies.
• Prepare annual cost savings reports and renewals; attend SHIP activities as required.
• Perform other duties within Social Services as assigned.
