Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to ensure safe, accurate medication administration and resident care. You will follow physician orders, monitor residents, and maintain compliant documentation in MAR/TAR.

The role requires a high school diploma, medication administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills. Senior care experience is preferred, with benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
