Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or Iowa-equivalent.
• Iowa requirements: approved course, exam, and assessment by a licensed professional.
• Compassion, dependability, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication support: Safely administer medications and maintain records.
• Support residents: Assist with daily needs while promoting dignity and independence.
