Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• Must hold a medication pass certification per state requirements.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine and non-routine medications to residents.
• Record medication administration in clinical records.
• Report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
