Job summary

Requirements include a current Medication Aide Certification and a state Nursing Certification, plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Medication Aide Certification and a state Nursing Certification.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to provide daily personal care and monitor residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
