You will assist with transfers, record vital signs, and report changes in residents’ conditions, supporting a resident-centered care approach.

Requirements include a current Medication Aide Certification, an active Nursing Certification from the state, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold Current Medication Aide Certification and current Nursing Certification from state.
• Must have Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
