Signature HealthCARE of Bowling Green is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our 176-bed facility near The Medical Center of Bowling Green. In this role you will provide daily personal care to residents and support their comfort and dignity in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will change bed linens, assist with ambulation, record vital signs, observe residents for changes, and report concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Aide Certification and current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
