Signature HealthCARE Georgetown is seeking a Healthcare Aide to provide daily personal care to residents at our 65-bed facility, including the Signature Villa Transitional unit. The role supports nursing staff and involves routine resident assistance in a compassionate, team-based environment in Georgetown, KY.

The position requires current Medication Aide Certification, a state Nursing Certification, and CPR certification, with a focus on safety, dignity, and quality of care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Aide Certification and current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition
