Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medication Aide to assist residents in daily living and medication administration under the supervision of licensed staff in Vermont. Duties include documenting care, maintaining privacy, and ensuring safety and dignity in all resident interactions.

The role requires CNA and MMA certifications, adherence to HIPAA, and reliable transportation for community visits. The candidate should be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in this state.
• Certified as Registered Medication Aide in this state.
• United States Citizenship or evidence of a valid Alien Work Permit.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medications under the direction of a licensed nurse according to established procedures.
• Supervises the Residents medications under the direction of the service plan according to established procedures.
• Completes necessary care documentation (written and/or electronic) timely and accurately.
• Helps residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintains a professional appearance.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA privacy policies and procedures.
