Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a qualified Medication Aide to safely administer medications under a licensed nurse’s direction in our Kansas facilities. You will document observations, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a respectful, supportive environment for residents.

The position requires CNA and Registered Medication Aide certifications, a high school diploma or GED, and US work authorization. Prior assisted living experience is preferred; lifting up to 75 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified in the state.
• Registered Medication Aide certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in an assisted living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under nurse supervision according to policy.
• Document observations and care provided in timely fashion.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervising staff.
