Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medication Aide to administer medications to residents in a safe and efficient manner in St. George, UT 84770.

This role supports daily living activities, documents care, and ensures privacy and HIPAA compliance under supervision of a licensed nurse. The position requires CNA and Registered Medication Aide certifications, with preferred six months of assisted living experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in this state.
• Certified as a Registered Medication Aide in this state.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Supervise residents' medications under the service plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Document and report observations in care records.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Complete care documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
