Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Med Tech for per diem shifts at our Moorestown, NJ community. You will assist with medication administration under RN/LPN supervision and uphold resident care plans.

The role is non-exempt, hourly, with shifts 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, or 11:00pm-7:00am. A high school diploma and CMA training are required, with weekend/holiday availability and a focus on dignity and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Medication Technician training and competency testing.
• Ability to perform medication administration in accordance with state regs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and patient privacy.
• Six months' experience with seniors in care settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication and maintain records.
• Complete required annual medication training.
• Provide resident care according to care plans.
• Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity.
