Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the state Medication Aide registry.
• Pass the QMA competency evaluation program (written test if required).
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending Physician.
• Follow established nursing standards and facility policies during medication administration.
• Work under the direction of a licensed nurse.
